Trump Tweet Evoking Anti-Semitic Imagery First Posted On Fringe Message Board

(CNN) --  Donald Trump on Saturday deleted a tweet critical of Hillary Clinton after he came under fire for evoking anti-Semitic stereotypes with a graphic that included dollar bills and a six-pointed star.

But 10 days earlier, the same graphic appeared on an Internet message board loaded with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and neo-Nazi ideology. The image was posted by an anonymous account on June 22 at 2:16 a.m. EDT in response to a post pointing to news reports that Russian hackers may have breached the Clinton Foundation's computer systems.

Hillary Struggles With Going Big In Campaign Message

(The Hill) -- Hillary Clinton is struggling to provide a clear rationale for her presidential candidacy, even after clinching the Democratic nomination and surging ahead of presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump in polls.

Last week, at a joint appearance with Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) in Ohio, Clinton told the crowd that “we’ve got to go big and we’ve got to go bold” to fix the nation’s economy. But that was a rare moment of grandiosity. Mostly, Clinton’s campaign has seemed more cautious and prosaic than those of her rivals.

Donald Trump: Republican Convention Speakers Are Set

(CBS) -- Donald Trump's list of speakers at the Republican National Convention this month is "totally filled," the presumptive GOP nominee said in a tweet Saturday morning. He promised to reveal his chosen representatives on Wednesday.

Trump previewed his convention lineup Friday while at Denver's Western Conservative Summit, telling conference attendees that it would include several members of his family. "My children are gonna be speaking at the convention," he said. "My children are all gonna be speaking. Ivanka, Tiffany, Don, Eric, they're gonna be speaking. My wife is gonna be speaking."

Sanders: Democratic Platform Doesn't Go Far Enough

(Politico) -- Bernie Sanders says the Democrats' national platform is off to an "excellent start," but he's not entirely satisfied with the language surrounding the party's position on trade.

The Democratic National Committee released a party platform draft last week in St. Louis that called for a $15 minimum wage, free community college and the abolition of the death penalty, among other things. The draft was approved by a majority of members on the party's drafting committee.
